Proposal approval to fund disbursal – how long?

Dear All

I'm interested in learning how long other countries took to get their funding [from the GF]. i.e. from the time they submitted the first proposal, when it was approved and finally the funds being disbursed?

On another point, what kind of indicators were you requested to make?

I'm currently looking at the efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Fund mechanism, and in particular whether the fund staff themselves have any idea of what is going on at the grassroots levels and HIV/AIDS in general.
