Create a Regional Monitoring Steering Committee, Global Fund regional/country offices or regional communication groups to enhance and initiate the communication and information among countries and organizations and to oversee activities.

Enhance regional coordination by defining goals and objectives, using seasoned administrators, and holding quarterly meetings for implementers.
