5 to 10 years is too long a time to implement positive changes so urgently required in the disbusement of funds for development and health care. As most of Governments are thoroughly corrupt and it is not shocking anymore that much of Funds are utilized otherwise but not for the purpose that are set to be achieved. Unless and until we bring drastic changes in GF Organization's working and make awailable the Funds to reach to Earnest, Honest, Capable and Passionate individuals and organizations who are willing to do Real work with suffereing c om munities, nothing tangible could be achieved. I would feel humbled and honored to support you with my views should it help to bring in meaningful changes in near forsee-able time.
