The global fund must verify the need that has a community before sending its aid. It must raise people's awareness about the diseases. It must chose honest people to bring support . It should give a programm to these countries. send materials to other countries to fight against these diseases.

By modifying Global Fund CCM guidelines and requirements to recognise the unique nature of regional initiatives and the fact that regional coordinating mechanisms usually cover a number of countries that already have CCMs.

I will suggest the formation of a regional monitoring steering committee,comprising of Ngos leaders, medical doctors,health practitioners,consultants,government representatives etc. The main objective would be to monitor and facilitate the flow of informations on the implementation, impacts,needs,etc...
